- Return Policy
- Returns on paperback books are accepted and refunds given if customer ships merchandise back to the Colitis and Crohn's Health Recovery Center within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Only items that are received by us in original, new and unblemished condition may be refunded. To avoid mail handling damage, we recommend packing books in un-bendable packages. Shipping cost for returns are not refundable. E-books are non-refundable.
